WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?

Permanent Jewelry is a claspless chain that is picked by you, measured to fit you, and then sparked (welded) to your specific size. Custom-fit jewelry is offered for bracelets, anklets, or necklaces. Prices are based on the style of the chains chosen and the size of each person.

gifting?

Contact us to purchase a permanent jewelry piece and experience for the perfect gift. Gifting options range from $45 and up.

repairs?

We will ensure your custom piece is secure before you exit your appointment. Your pieces are designed to last, however, it does not mean they're unbreakable as the chains are delicate. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to bring it in to rework it.

If your jewelry is not in its original form and has been neglected, a new piece will need to be purchased. If the chain needs to be reworked, it's at 1/2 the cost of the original price you paid. We can not make the chain longer once it is cut, so to lengthen the chain we would require a new chain.

The Experience

Book an appointment ahead online at The Commns for an Us In Common experience for yourself, a couple, or a group. One appointment must be booked for each person. Choose to elevate your service by adding bubbles for each person in your party.

Once you arrive you will be able to choose from an array of chains while enjoying the ambiance that surrounds you. Once chosen, your chain will be measured to fit you and then sparked into place. Once complete your piece will be quality checked and you will sign off on your satisfaction followed by advice given for aftercare of your jewellery.

Taking care of your jewelry is key to preserving it. Although it is meant to last, it is fragile and can be broken if proper care is not adhered to. Jewelry is a final sale.

IS IT TSA & MEDICAL PROCEDURE Safe?

MRI, surgery, or medical procedure:

Not to worry take a quick snip of your piece at the jump ring (we will show you before your appointment is over) and come back any time to have your piece re-welded at no additional cost to you.

TSA-approved, go through security with no worry.

The Process

Come into our studio on arrival and Pick out a chain from our 14k gold filled, 14k solid gold or sterling silver selections. We measure your wrist, finger, neck, or ankle for perfect sizing, once you love the fit a small flash creates a permanent seal (You can always take a quick snip if you need to remove your jewelry for any reason) and you are off with a beautiful and dainty new piece. The whole process takes 15-20 minutes in the studio :)
