In my classes I want each and every person to show up exactly who they are. The goal is to connect to how you’re feeling emotionally and physically in the moment rather than a continuous chase of feeling the need to do more. We are always present in the here and now during my class, with an invitation to check your to-do list at the door and hone in on your body in a safe and supportive space that allows you to connect to your breath, get into your body and out of your mind. In my class we celebrate and honour the body through movement with a practice filled with choice, intention and mindfulness. There will never be a missed moment of bumping music, contagious motivation and a maximum burn. Show up for you and only you and I will be there to support, cheer and grow alongside you. In my classes we focus on the now and how your body feels in that moment. My goal is to have you leave each of my classes feeling amazing. My passion lies on the reformer but catch me in many other classes as well. I love to include a calm and meditative component in my classes to provide an escape even if it is just for a few. For me movement has always been healing and therapeutic, there is nothing like feeling those endorphins. With my background as an RRT breath work X movement is at the forefront. In my classes we celebrate our differences and the things that bring us in commn. Show up for you and I will be there to celebrate the small and big life moments alongside you.

Hi Commns Team! My name is Jasmine. I am a dog lover, a music enthusiast, and hold a deep love for creative and mindful movement.
I fell in love with Pilates because it was a safe space to disconnect, breathe, and tap into my mind and body. I strive to ensure that every person who steps into my class feels the same! I hold a 150-hour Pilates Certification and am also Reformer Pilates certified. In my classes, you can expect high-energy playlists and approachable sequences that leave you feeling powerful and capable. I can’t wait to move with you!

My intention as an instructor is to both challenge and uplift you every time you step into the studio. In each class, I aim to support your growth, motivate you, and help you become stronger - physically, mentally, and emotionally, beyond what you thought was possible. I’ll encourage you to leave behind anything that no longer serves you so you can be fully present and step into the strongest version of yourself.
Together, we’ll focus on alignment, breath, and strength. And yes, we’ll embrace the shakes— because that’s where the transformation happens.
I began teaching five years ago, starting my journey in Yoga and eventually shifting my passion toward Pilates. With a background in both yoga and dance, I bring a meditative and intentional energy to my classes, incorporating fun music and continuous rhythm to create a purposeful flow.
I always strive to bring infectious energy, fun playlists, and a grounded, intentional experience to each class. I’m excited to continue learning with you, thoughtfully curating class plans, and sharing my love for this practice with each and every one of you.

Hanna has multiple years of experience as a fitness professional as well as pursuing a professional dance career. Hanna is passionate about the benefits of movement and connection with others and how that can positively impact one’s life. Hanna aims to bring a unique experience to classes by intertwining her knowledge from her professional dance career and as a fitness instructor. She loves utilizing her knowledge within breath work and meditation to enhance people’s experience within reformer and mat classes by connecting mind and body. Hanna wants to foster a sense of belonging and understanding within each of her classes to ensure every client that walks through the door feels taken care of. Hanna celebrates differences and believes in moving your body the way it feels best for you.

Drawing from her background as a competitive dancer and her expertise in resistance training, she seamlessly integrates these elements into her classes. Mandi’s mission is to offer a unique experience that infuses peace, strength, balance and agility, leaving participants with a profound sense of accomplishment. She emphasizes the importance of moving in ways that feel best for each individual, celebrating differences, and fostering a deep mind-body connection. Her goal is to inspire others to embrace movement and feel truly empowered.

Hello beautiful people! Movement has always been a huge part of my life, but Pilates completely transformed my relationship to it, and to my body. Pilates has helped me reconnect with myself, move with intention, and feel powerful from the inside out.. and I cannot wait to share that experience with you! After one of my classes, I hope you feel strong, centered, and in awe of what your body and mind can do. I’m also an RN, so caring for people is in my bones; expect equal parts challenge and encouragement on the reformer with me! Movement has always been apart of Cloey’s routine and she is excited to share this next journey motivating you. You may recognize her in the community from teaching spin and she excited to join The Commns to start instructing Mat Classes. When you come to Cloey’s classes you can expect to challenge your body’s strength, stability and awareness of what it is capable of. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Cloey strives to create a supportive space where every client feels challenged, inspired, and empowered. Her goal is to guide you toward greater strength, flexibility, and confidence through mindful movement and intentional practice.

Carmen has an extensive history in fitness from a downhill Ski Racer to Basketball player and now a healthy lifestyle enthusiast who enjoys all types of workouts. Her ongoing education in Kinesiology and Biology gives her extra skills in the studio to make sure you feel both challenged and comfortable each time you step into her Lagree class. Carmen’s goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone through uplifting, thoughtful, empowering movement. Lagree with Carmen will feel like hitting a killer workout with your bestie each and every time.

Ella has loved movement from a young age, channelling that passion into competitive dance and gymnastics throughout her life. After she stopped dancing, she felt like she lost her connection to movement, until discovering The Commns, where she fell in love with Pilates and the joy of moving her body again. Ella’s goal in her classes is for everyone to fall in love with movement and continue to rediscover that connection every day. She strives to create an uplifting and empowering environment where every person feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Expect to feel challenged but also deeply cared for, leaving class stronger, more grounded, and proud of what your body can do. Currently in nursing school, Ella loves learning about the body and how movement, health, and wellness are all connected. She looks forward to continuing to grow and learn so she can bring new knowledge, energy, and compassion into every class. For Ella, movement is more than just exercise; it’s a moment to step away from the craziness of daily life and do something for your mind, your body, and your soul.
