My intention as an instructor is to both challenge and uplift you every time you step into the studio. In each class, I aim to support your growth, motivate you, and help you become stronger - physically, mentally, and emotionally, beyond what you thought was possible. I’ll encourage you to leave behind anything that no longer serves you so you can be fully present and step into the strongest version of yourself.
Together, we’ll focus on alignment, breath, and strength. And yes, we’ll embrace the shakes— because that’s where the transformation happens.
I began teaching five years ago, starting my journey in Yoga and eventually shifting my passion toward Pilates. With a background in both yoga and dance, I bring a meditative and intentional energy to my classes, incorporating fun music and continuous rhythm to create a purposeful flow.
I always strive to bring infectious energy, fun playlists, and a grounded, intentional experience to each class. I’m excited to continue learning with you, thoughtfully curating class plans, and sharing my love for this practice with each and every one of you.
